I am a Certified Yoga Teacher, a PHOENIX RISING Yoga Therapist & Eastern Healing Arts Facilitator/Mentor. I have studied and practiced yoga for almost 40 years with an in-depth study of Yoga Psychology and Philosophy/ Shri Brahmananda Sarasvati (1977) and a Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy Certification (1992). Continuing to bring authenticity to my teaching and practice I annually study with some of the best senior teacher of Yoga, Eastern Healing Arts,Psychology and Philosophy.

ABSOLUTE Teachers
All of our Yoga Teachers have completed either our 200 or 500 Hour ABSOLUTE Yoga Teacher Certification Program as Registered with the national Yoga Alliance or International Yoga teacher standards. Our program is listed with the national Yoga Alliance and meets or exceeds all requirements.
